Returns and exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within 14 days of delivery

We don't accept cancellations

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us with the problem before leaving a feedback. We'll do my best to solve the problem in reasonable way.

Please read carefully the description of the item you are interested before you buy it. Check the measurements and note that color may vary a bit from display to display.

We understand that buying through Internet might be tricky. In the rare case when the item you ordered is not exactly what you expected then you can return it provided you return it within 7 days of receipt. We will refund you the full amount once we have received the item and have checked that everything is in order. Only shipping charges are not a subject to refund.

If the item returned was otherwise damaged by the buyer, a full return is not accepted.

Lost Item: We will provide the refund if a registered mail package is lost. Package is considered lost if it doesn't come within 2 month from posting date and tracking info approves that.
